Mindfulness based stress reduction programme, time management, balancing negative thoughts techniques and learning relaxation skills to help you in work and in your own personal life.

SLEEP WELL

Techniques and exercises to improve struggling sleeping habits for those with busy, over-active, worried minds. Learn to properly relax, unwind with simple and practical solutions.

MEDITATION/ GUIDED VISULISATION

A guided, personal meditation/visulisation practice that will be geared towards your specific goals for relaxation purposes, for healing or general wellness that will help still the mind and relax the body.

RELAXATION THERAPY

Offers you a wide range of different relaxation techniques and practices to try out and for you to do at home. Learning the benefits of true relaxation for better health. Also includes massage therapy.

PAIN MANAGEMENT

The mind-body connection – using  positive thoughts, self-hypnosis, NLP, mindfulness, various relaxation skills, also reflexology or massage to help with pain. Headache/migraine relief programme available.

THE HAPPY MIND

Mindful and relaxation exercises and techniques to challenge negative thoughts, stress and encouraging positive thinking, gratitude, acceptance, self-esteem etc to promote happier, physical & emotional health.

 For best results an initial course of 3 treatments is £90 with a free 30 minute session.
