NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)

 NLP techniques focus on making behavioural changes and help us to look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Changing someone’s thoughts and behaviours helps to achieve our desired outcomes. One of the behavioural method techniques uses the power of re-framing to help people overcome their limiting beliefs.

 NLP integrates Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness as well as relaxation techniques.

MINDFULNESS-BASED-STRESS-REDUCTION

Helping you to become more mindful and present in your everyday life with simple, engaging practices. The aim is to take charge of the busy mind and move it from worrying into a more relaxed state. Being present in such a way increases our ability to manage stress, anxiety and improves our mental well-being. It is also a very powerful treatment during the menopause phase.Mindfulness-based-stress-reduction aims to help with time management and relaxation skills for work and in your personal life. It looks at how we can live a more stress-free life and improve our physical and emotional wellness.

 

MENOPAUSE HOLISTIC SUPPORT

With the right support there are ways to help you navigate through this transition. Looking at various aspects of your life-style factors to include exercise and nutrition for a holistic well-being approach. Integrative approaches such as mindfulness and meditation practices with breathing techniques can be beneficial. Complementary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology are wonderful treatments.

 

BREATHWORK RELAXATION THERAPY

The power of the breath – learning how to relax using various deep/diaphragmatic breathing exercises is an essential part of managing stress. There are many ways to induce real relaxation and to become more mindful. Good breathing techniques trigger the relaxation response, which counteracts the body’s stress response.

 

SLEEP WELL

Techniques and exercises to improve struggling sleeping habits for those with busy, over-active and worried minds. Learn to properly relax, unwind with simple and practical exercises.

 

MEDITATION/ GUIDED VISULISATION

A guided personal meditation/visualisation practice that is geared towards your specific goals and wellness with the ultimate aim to relax and de-stress.

 

PAIN MANAGEMENT & HEALING

The mind-body connection—using NLP, mindfulness, positive affirmations, reflexology, acupressure/massage and various relaxation skills to help manage pain and heal ourselves.

THE HAPPY MIND

Mental wellness and relaxation techniques to challenge negative thoughts, encourage positive thinking, reduce stress and to promote happier physical and emotional health.

 £35 for 45 mins or £40 per hour

The mind-body connection is the link between a person’s thoughts, attitudes, and behaviours and their physical health. Mind-body therapies are healing techniques, that promote relaxation and encourage mindfulness.
