What an amazing time and experience we all had. I was asked if I would like to join the cyclists as part of their support team for the epic cycle ride from London to Paris. What an adventure! I can honestly I was very much needed and ended up doing a lot of road side repairs – so just call on me as the 5th emergency service! Once we reached our hotel for that night, I stayed up late doing massage for 9 cyclists on their very sore legs.
I would very much like to do more of this, so if your planning a long cycle ride and would like a physio/massage person to help you and your team along then do get in contact with me. I am also very good at cheering you all along and handing out water and snacks.
