Here is a list of  things you can do to stay free of stress.  I would also like to recommend having a relaxing massage, which is good for the mind, body and soul.

Wake up early and have a structured/organised routine.

Make a to do list for yourself and include jobs you want to get done.

Avoid distractions

Don’t procrastinate or put things off for another day

Regular, daily exercise

Accept and face your challenges

Relax your body and your mind

Meditate or mindfulness exercises

Stay focused on your goals

Take up a new hobby or learn something new

Stay positive, smile and laugh a bit
